Sweepstakes - Official Rules
1. To Enter: No purchase or obligation necessary. Sweepstakes runs from 9:00 a.m. (CDT) on May 25, 2008 through 4:00 p.m. (CDT) on August 31, 2008. To enter without purchase or obligation, complete and submit entry form on the Southwest Airlines web site (www.southwest.com/adventure). Entries must be received by 4:00 p.m. CDT on August 31, 2008. Entries limited to one (1) per person, per e-mail address, per day during promotion period. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries accepted. Entrants must provide valid e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over identity of the on-line entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by holder of the e-mail account on the date the entry was submitted.
2. Drawing: On or about September 13, 2008, a random drawing, from all eligible entries received, will be conducted by an independent party. Entrants need not be present to win. Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
3. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize to consist of a five-day/four-night trip for four (4) to Los Angeles, California. Inclusions: Air fare consisting of four (4) Southwest Airlines roundtrip tickets from the closest major airport to winner’s residence that is served by Southwest Airlines with valid, scheduled service to Los Angeles (or co-terminals Burbank, Orange County or Ontario). Hotel accommodation consisting of one standard room (quad occupancy) for four (4) nights at a Radisson® property. Twelve (12) single day passes to Universal Studios Hollywood (3 single day passes per person for 4 people = 12 total passes), subject to Universal Studios’ terms and conditions, certain restrictions may apply. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. ARV of Grand Prize is $3,000.00
Five (5) First Prizes: Each prize consists of two Southwest Airlines roundtrip tickets to anywhere in the continental United States on published scheduled service provided by Southwest Airlines (subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply). (Tickets will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration and will not be extended or replaced if lost or stolen.)

Five (5) Second Prizes: Each prize consists of a certificate for a two-night stay at a Radisson® property (subject to Radisson’s terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply).

Five (5) Third Prizes: Each prize consists of one (1) $50 Papa John's Gift card (subject to Papa John's terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply).*

4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal US residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Must be 21 years or older as of May 25, 2008. Employees of Southwest Airlines Co., The Coca-Cola Company, Radisson Hotels International, Inc. and Papa John’s Corporation and their respective advertising and promotions agencies, suppliers, bottlers, franchisees and affiliated entities, and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible. Entrants must have Internet access as of May 25, 2008. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of the Sponsor as final. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is offered in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not located in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.
5. To Claim Prize: Winners only will be notified by phone and mail and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within seven (7) days after prize notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If prize notification letter is returned undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Grand Prize and other prize winners’ guests, or if minor(s) their parent(s)/legal guardian(s), must execute Liability Releases, and where legal, Publicity Releases prior to the issuance of travel documents. Any unclaimed or undeliverable prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional compensation.
6. Limitation of Liability: Neither Southwest Airlines, The Coca-Cola Company, Radisson Hotels International, Inc., or Papa John’s Corporation, nor any of their respective advertising, and promotion agencies, suppliers, bottlers, franchisees, employees, or parent, subsidiary or affiliate entities, nor any other participating sponsors, are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials, whether in printed or electronic format; stolen, fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Submission of entry is sole responsibility of entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections or fraud; incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission whether caused by Sponsor, user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the process of submissions which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in this promotion. Winner is solely responsible for payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on prize and for any travel or other expenses not specifically mentioned in prize description. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Southwest Airlines Co., Radisson Hotels International, Inc., Papa John's Corporation, The Coca-Cola Company, and each of their respective advertising, and promotion agencies, suppliers, bottlers, franchisees and other participating sponsors, and their parent companies, subsidiary and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any damage, illness, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability that may arise from participant’s acceptance and/or use of any prize or their participation in this Sweepstakes, or his or her acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded hereunder. By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor the right use his/her name and/or likeness for any advertising and/or promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for his/her own transportation to a Southwest Airlines origination city with scheduled flight service into selected destination. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By entering this sweepstakes, all entrants agree to these Official Rules and that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the sweepstakes and that Sponsor’s determination of the winner is final. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prizes by winner is permitted. Winner and guests must have required travel documents and photo id. This sweepstakes offer is being made exclusively by Sponsor. Participating partners will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising from the rules and procedures set forth in this offer.
