• Provide valuable assistance to a variety of Internal and External Customers including:
• After hours Cargo Customer Care Support
• Lost and Found Item Reporting
• Technical support for southwest.com
• Outbound Calls advising Customers of itinerary change due to changes in Southwest flight schedule, documenting Employee Compliments, and, at some locations, inbound and outbound lost baggage calls
• Contribute significantly to the profits of SWA by effectively selling Southwest products such as flights, rental cars, Rapid Rewards Visa, and Business Select upgrades
