Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
- Gate Information: Effective December 16, 2006, Southwest Airlines uses gates 1, 2, 3, 4A, 4B, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 14 in Terminal 1
- Ticketing: You can purchase tickets at the Ticket Counter or the Customer Service Center located next to the escalator
- E-Ticket Check-In kiosks: Located in front of the Ticket Counter and next to the Customer Service Center
- Baggage Claim: The baggage claim is on the lower level. Southwest Airlines uses carousels 1 and 2
- Wi-Fi: Available throughout airport via T-Mobile Hotspot
- High-speed Internet: Neptune Networks has kiosks with monitors and keyboards at gate 4. The individual high-speed internet stations are available on a pay-for-use basis
