Chicago Midway Airport (MDW)

  • Gate Information: Southwest Airlines uses gates A9, A11, A15 and A17 in the A Concourse and B1 through B3, B5, B7 through B12, and B14 through B26 in the B Concourse
  • Ticketing: You can purchase tickets at the ticket counter located on the north end of the upper level ticketing area in the new Midway terminal
  • E-Ticket Check-In kiosks: Located at the ticket counter, ticket lobby, at baggage claim on the lower level, and right in front of the security checkpoint
  • Baggage Claim: The baggage claim is located in the north end of the lower level baggage claim area in the new Midway terminal.
  • Wi-Fi: Available throughout airport
  • High-speed Internet: Available in the food court in the main concourse
