- Gate Information: Southwest Airlines is located in the East concourse of Terminal 1. Southwest uses gate 1 (east end, ground level) and gates 3-10 on the upper level.
- Ticketing: You can purchase tickets at the ticket counter located on the lower level of Terminal 1.
- E-Ticket Check-In kiosks: Located at the ticket counter.
- Baggage Claim: The baggage claim is on the lower level of Terminal 1.

Driving Directions to San Diego International Airport:
- From downtown, take Highway 5 north to Laurel St.--exit west on Laurel to Harbor Dr., exit west on Harbor Dr. to airport.
- Take I-15 south to I-8 west, take I-8 west to I-5 south to Sassafras (Kettner). Exit right on Laurel St. to Harbor Dr., exit right on Harbor to airport.
