This page allows you to retrieve a Southwest Airlines reservation prior to cancelling it. Itineraries purchased through a partner airline (such as AirTran) cannot be cancelled on southwest.com. Reservations purchased through Southwest Vacations, Southwest Groups, and Southwest ticket counters cannot be cancelled online. Please call 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792) if you require assistance with those types of reservations.
Unused travel funds may only be applied toward the purchase of future travel for the individual named on the ticket.
