If you have an existing Southwest Airlines Ticketless Reservation that was purchased on southwest.com, you can retrieve it and change your itinerary using the Change Itinerary feature.
- After you click on the "Change Selected Trips" button, you will be prompted to change the itinerary(ies) you selected in the previous step. You can select new cities, dates, and times for your outbound and/or return travel by using the drop-down menus shown below:

- When you have selected your new cities, dates, and times, click on the "Go To Next Step - Select New Flight>>" button:
- After you click on the "Go To Next Step - Select New Flight>>" button, you will see a grid displaying the available flights and fares for your new itinerary:

- Select your new outbound and return flights by clicking in the corresponding circles in the grids.
- If you elected to change only one portion of your trip, you will only be allowed to choose your new fare from those that are combinable with your original fare.
Example: If you booked a roundtrip between Dallas and Houston using an Advance Purchase fare, and you want to change only the outbound portion of your trip, your new fare must be combinable with Advance Purchase fares. Noncombinable fares will not be displayed.
- Click on the "Go To Next Step - New Price>>" button.

- After you click on the "Go To Next Step - New Price>>" button, you can review your new itinerary and pricing information.
- Depending on the changes in your itinerary, your fare may have increased.
- If your fare has increased, you will need to pay the additional amount.
- In the example below, the original fare was $222.30, and the new fare is $443. In this example the Customer owes an additional $243.80.

- Click on the "Go To Next Step - USA Reconcile >>" button.
| 7. Reconcile Purchase and Confirm Changes |
- After you click on the "Go To Next Step - USA Reconcile >>" button, you will see the purchase screen.
- If your fare increased, you will need to pay the additional amount. Detailed help with the Purchase Screen is available in our Help Section.
- If your fare decreased (you have a credit), the balance of your Ticketless Travel funds will be held for future use. Learn how to use your remaining funds to purchase a new reservation on southwest.com.
- If your fare remained the same, you will simply be required to tell us how you want to receive confirmation of your new itinerary (mail, e-mail, or fax).
- When you are ready to confirm your changes and pay any additional fare, click on the "I Want To Make These Changes" button.
- After you click on the "I Want To Make These Changes" button, you will receive a confirmation page showing all the details of your new itinerary.
