E-Ticketing Receipts/Fulfillments: All agencies must move to an e-mail receipt/fulfillment. Please contact Southwest Travel and request details on setting your agency up with e-mail receipts/fulfillments or call 214-792-6777 between the hours of 7:30am-5:00pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday.
To become authorized to book an eTicket on Southwest Airlines, your Agency must have a signed and completed Southwest Airlines Certificate of Appointment from Southwest Airlines.
To eTicket on Southwest Airlines please complete the following:
1. Download Certificate of Appointment (PDF format)
2. Completed Certificate of Appointment must be signed by Agency Owner or Manager.
3. Fax or e-mail the entire (signed) Certificate of Appointment to Southwest Airlines.
Please note that if your Agency already has a completed Southwest Airlines Certificate of Appointment, there is no need to complete a new Certificate of Appointment.
