Several airlines provide group travel options, but at Southwest Airlines we go the extra mile to offer unique perks and flexibility with our Group Travel program that will allow you to acquire, grow, and retain your business.

Deposits Applied Toward Total Balance

Unlike with other airlines where you must write a deposit check that will later be returned, we will apply your deposit toward your Group Travel purchase, saving you the hassle of filling out additional paperwork.

Lenient Name Change Policies

We allow unlimited FREE name changes up to 72 hours before departure, saving both you and your Customers time and money. Other airlines may limit the number of name changes and/or charge extra fees.

Tour Conductor Tickets

Earn one roundtrip ticket for every 30th passenger booked on a Group reservation. The ticket must be utilized on your Group's itinerary and can be used by your employee to travel with the Group, or you can pass the extra savings on to your Customers. The choice is yours!

Group Itineraries and Individual Names on Each Ticket

Your tickets will arrive ready to go. There will be passenger names printed on each ticket, a copy of the flight itinerary, and ticket jackets for everyone in the reservation. We want your Customers to be relaxed and equipped with all the information needed for their trip.
