Fly By Priority Lane access is a special perk of Business Select Customers and Rapid Rewards A-List Members. These priority lanes get you to the front of the ticket counter faster and help speed you through security lines in select cities.
How it Works
If you purchased (or would like to upgrade to) a Business Select Fare and/or are a Rapid Rewards A-List Member, look for the gold and silver Fly By signs and carpet at the ticket counter to direct you to the lane where a friendly Customer Service Agent can help you with everything you need for checking in.
Fly By Cities
Fly By Priority Lanes are available at a majority of our airports, and we are continuing to add them to new destinations. Check the airport information pages or the map to see where the lanes are available. When you check in online, you can also see if Fly By Lanes are available at your departure airport.
