Did you know you can buy Rapid Rewards® Points to top off your account so you can redeem for a reward flight faster? Use our PointPurchaser to buy points in blocks of 1,000 (with a minimum purchase of 2,000 points and a maximum of 40,000) priced at $.0250 per point.
So log in to your account to buy points today! Purchased points will be posted to your account immediately once you complete the transaction.
How To Buy Points
Step 1
Access your Rapid Rewards account from the southwest.com® homepage;
- Click on "Account Login".
- Enter your username or Rapid Rewards Membership number and password.
Once logged in to your account:
- Click on the "My Account" link under your name in the welcome message box on the right.
Step 2
Locate the "My Rapid Rewards" tab.
Within the "My Rapid Rewards" tab, click on "Get Points" on the left side of the page.
Step 3
Select the amount of points you would like to purchase from the point chart and then click "Continue".
Step 4
Fill in the required information and click "Purchase" to get your points and complete your transaction. Your points will be deposited into your account.
Number of points required to redeem for flights is dependent on fare availablitly, destination, and time and day of travel, which are subject to change. Travel good on Southwest Airlines published, scheduled service. All Rapid Rewards rules and regulations apply. ©2011 Southwest Airlines Co.
