Hotel

Rapid Rewards Members can earn 600 Rapid Rewards Points for every eligible stay at more than 1,000 participating Carlson Rezidor Hotels worldwide, including Radisson Blu, Radisson^®, Park Plaza^®, Park Inn by Radisson, and Country Inns & Suites By Carlson^SM.

To receive Rapid Rewards Points for your stay, present your Rapid Rewards account number at checkin.

Rapid Rewards Members who are also Club Carlson^SM members have the option to convert their Gold Points^® into Rapid Rewards Points anytime they choose in the following increments:

- 2,000 Gold Points = 250 Rapid Rewards Points
- 50,000 Gold Points = 8,000 Rapid Rewards Points
- 100,000 Gold Points = 18,000 Rapid Rewards Points

Club Carlson members can also set their Club Carlson earning preference to Rapid Rewards Points. Doing so will automatically convert your entire balance and future Gold Points into Rapid Rewards Points in increments of 10,000 Gold Points, which equals 1,250 Rapid Rewards Points.

To request Rapid Rewards Points for a past stay for which you did not earn Gold Points, please contact 1-888-288-8889. The stay must have been completed within the last 12 months to be eligible for points. Stays prior to January 18, 2013 do not qualify for post stay points.

Please allow six to eight weeks after completion of stay for the Rapid Rewards Points to be credited to your account.
