South Asian Americans Leading Together (SAALT)
SAALT is a national, nonprofit organization, works with South Asian community-based organizations and individuals around the country to foster civic engagement, leadership development, and policy analysis. "Over the years, Southwest Airlines has helped community members attend our National South Asian Summits, and youth to attend leadership training at SAALT’s Youth Leadership Institute. SAALT has also been able to inform Southwest Airlines staff about various issues affecting South Asian community members in the United States.
