Southwest Airlines Medical Transportation Grant Program
Through the Southwest Airlines Medical Transportation Grant Program (MTGP) we provide complimentary, roundtrip tickets to nonprofit hospitals and medical transportation organizations. Southwest allows participating nonprofit hospitals and medical transportation nonprofit organizations the freedom to determine how to distribute the tickets to patients and/or caregivers.
We’re proud to partner with the following nonprofit hospitals and organizations in our 2011 Medical Transportation Grant Program. Each hospital has its own guidelines for administration of these tickets, so please contact the Social Work, Travel/Concierge Service, or Patient Assistance Department directly from one of the links below to see if you qualify for travel assistance.
The application process for the Southwest Airlines 2012 Medical Transportation Grant Program will be open from September 15, 2011 until October 28, 2011. Please click here to access the Grant Application.
