Our inflight cabin experience is second to none. Our open seating policy allows you to pick your favorite available seat once aboard our roomy Boeing 737 jets. We only fly big 737 jets so you never have to worry about showing up to the gate and having to board a small plane. You can then sit back, relax, and enjoy the comforts of our clean, spacious cabin as our friendly Flight Attendants make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

You'll find that we offer a variety of complimentary snacks and beverages to tempt your taste buds. While inflight you can learn more about our offerings by referring to our inflight menu card in the seatback pocket of the seat in front of you.
Peanuts and pretzels are always complimentary as well as an assorted list of non-alcoholic beverages. Complimentary Nabisco® Selections are available on select flights. Cocktails, beer, and wine may also be purchased onboard. All major credit cards are accepted,
though cash is not.
For every cup of LIFT® coffee our Customers drink, Southwest is donating funds to help Green energy projects in villages throughout the coffee-growing regions of Peru. From sustainable power to training local technicians the skills to maintain the light sources, Southwest believes doing the right thing is bringing light to the world.
Our inflight magazine, Spirit, is also complimentary on every Southwest flight, making it an exceptional read at a great value. The magazine explores a wide array of topics from pop culture to sports, and includes favorites such as crossword puzzle and Sudoku.

Stay Connected During Flight With WiFi
We're currently in the process of equipping our fleet with WiFi access capabilities. Our network is satellite based and boasts free content including a flight tracker, shopping, games, and all southwest.com has to offer. If you would like to explore the web or check your e-mail on the go, you can for $8 all day, per device. Look for the "Southwest Airlines Hotspot" stickers onboard or a Flight Attendant will alert you if wireless network is available on your aircraft. You may also use the WiFi finder to determine if your flight will have a wireless network.
If traveling on an AirTran aircraft as part of a shared itinerary, please note that all AirTran-operated flights offer air-to-ground WiFi service via Gogo, which can also be purchased onboard. Learn More
