Rapid Rewards Members will receive 0.5 credits with every qualifying paid rental from Hertz. Simply rent at a participating Hertz airport or off-airport location in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico and request credit at the time of your reservation or rental. Reservations for rentals picked up in Canada and Puerto Rico cannot be made on southwest.com.
Flight is not required with Hertz in order to receive credit.
To request credit for a past rental, visit hertz.com and click on the "Partners" section, followed by "Air Partners", then "Southwest Airlines." Click on the "Retroactive Claim Form" link at the bottom of the page to request Rapid Rewards credit up to six months after your rental date.

If you are not already a Rapid Rewards Member, you can enroll through Hertz! At the time of rental pick up, please mention to the Hertz Counter Sales Representative that you would like to be enrolled.
