Laurie is responsible for Leading Southwest’s Technology solutions for Dispatch, Finance, Flight Operations, Fuel Management, Inflight Services, Maintenance, People and Leadership Development, Provisioning, Purchasing, Safety & Security and Schedule Planning. Laurie also leads Southwest’s Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions. |

| EXPERIENCE: |
Prior to joining Southwest Airlines, Laurie spent 20 years with Frito-Lay / PepsiCo, initially joining Frito-Lay as a computer programmer. During her tenure there she contributed to many supply chain, logistics, manufacturing and accounting initiatives. Laurie’s experience also included international applications development, corporate data standardization, data center operations and Leadership of a major multi-division procurement, accounting and electronic commerce implementation. Prior to Frito-Lay, Laurie worked at Lee Way Motor Freight and Halliburton Services. |
