| JOB DESCRIPTION: | I provide overall Leadership, direction, and support to the Safety and Security Department ensuring that we are performing in an efficient, productive manner while maintaining the Company Mission Statement, Basic Principles of Leadership, and Customer Service Commitment. |
| EXPERIENCE: | I have held many positions in the Provisioning Department including: Agent, Supervisor, Manager of Provisioning Training, Manager in ELP, ABQ, and LAS, Regional Director, Senior Director and most recently Vice President of Provisioning. |
| LENGTH OF SERVICE AT SOUTHWEST: | Started as a Provisioning Agent in Dallas, Texas - April 1988 |
| FAMILY: | Lovely wife of 23 years - Sonia, Great kids - Reece - 22, Stanton - 20, and Emma - 18 |
| FIRST PAYING JOB: | Loading trap at the Single Tree Gun Club in Highland Village, Texas earning $13.00 and a bologna sandwich per day. |
| PROUDEST MOMENT: | Professionally it is receiving the President's Award for the Provisioning Department in 2006. Personally it is my wedding day and the birth of our children. |
| BEST ADVICE EVER RECEIVED: | The good Lord provided you with two ears and one mouth so that you can listen twice as much as you talk. |
