To become authorized to book and eTicket on Southwest Airlines, your Agency must have a signed and completed Southwest Airlines Certificate of Appointment from Southwest Airlines.

To eTicket on Southwest Airlines please complete the following:

  1. Download Certificate of Appointment (in PDF format)
  2. Completed Appointment must be signed by Agency Owner or Manager.
  3. Fax, or email the entire (signed) Certificate of Appointment to Southwest Airlines.

Please note that if your Agency already has a completed Southwest Airlines Certificate of Appointment, there is no need to complete a new Certificate of Appointment.
