General Information
Travel restrictions
We need you to be aware there are government-mandated travel restrictions in place that impact how and where you can travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, some of the restrictions will require potential quarantines, COVID-19 testing upon arrival, and/or temperature checks upon landing.
Our Team will notify you of these restrictions as soon as possible, offer the flexibility you need to make changes, and as always, do what we can to help our Customers. We appreciate your patience and trust in us as we navigate these unprecedented times together.
Changing or canceling your flight
We don’t charge fees to change1 or cancel2 flights because we understand things change and that shouldn’t cost you a fee. If you cancel a non-refundable ticket (Wanna Get Away® fare or Wanna Get Away Plus fare) in accordance with our No Show policy, it is converted into a flight credit that can be used for a future trip. Anytime and Business Select® fares are refundable but can also be used for a future trip if you’d prefer that.
