Current Southwest employees can also login to their Workday profile to gain access to or correct their personal information in Workday.
We will use the information below to identify you in our system. If you make an access, correction, or deletion request, after you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 to 7 business days from Southwest.email@example.com that will contain verification procedures and other next steps. If you don’t see a confirmation email, check your spam folder. All requests are subject to exceptions, restrictions, and limitations as set forth in applicable laws and regulations.
