Due to processing, the Southwest® gift card recipient’s email could be generated up to 12 hours after the order is placed. Email deliveries could be delayed by the recipient’s email service provider. If the recipient(s) have not received their email after 12 hours, please have them check their junk or spam mail folders for an email from Southwest Airlines.
