Find exactly what you want with our car search. Start with pickup location, time, and date. Then, refine your search with specific requirements such as a certain car company or vehicle type. And, if you happen to have a discount, promotion or member code, don't forget to provide it so you can access any special deals.
Based on your search, you will see all the available car types from several different car companies so you will have all the choices in one spot. Plus, you will see that you can earn Rapid Rewards credit from several different Rapid Rewards Partners. Scroll through the list to find the rate, car type, and rental company you want.
Depending on the car rental company you've chosen, you may have the option to request special equipment with your vehicle, such as a child safety seat or a navigation system. If so, the car company will validate these requests upon rental car pickup.
To make your reservation, just provide all your applicable information including your name, Rapid Rewards account number, credit card information, and contact method. This is just a reservation, so your credit card will not be charged until you return the rental car to the car company. Please note: Car rentals cannot be reserved or paid for with a southwestgiftcard® or a Southwest LUV Voucher at this time. We'll send you a confirmation e-mail to ensure you have all the details you need to pick up your car.
Plans change - we get it. If you need to change your car rental reservation, or even just take a look to double-check the details, we've made it easy. Simply access your reservation with the confirmation number we e-mailed you or credit card information used to make the booking. You will then be able to confirm your rental information or cancel and rebook another car if necessary.
