We're paying attention to your comfort

Southwest Airlines recently unveiled our new Evolve interior, an eco-friendly, cost-efficient new look for our cabin with an emphasis on comfort and personal space.

The bottom cushion is more comfortable with better lumbar support and a fixed wing headrest on each seat that will provide for a more relaxing experience. We've replaced the seatback pocket with a netted pocket that not only allows for more knee room, but also makes it easier to see what items have been stowed in it. Learn more about our new Evolve interior.

Please note: Cabin components, furnishings, and fixtures may not be altered or operated in any manner inconsistent with their original design and performance specifications. Personal devices (e.g., Knee Defenders, infant slings) may not be attached to any part of the aircraft.

Inflight Amenities

We offer a variety of inflight snacks and beverages to tempt your taste buds. While onboard you can learn more about our offerings by referring to the menu card in the seatback pocket of the seat in front of you. Or check out the selections ahead of time.

Pretzels are always complimentary as well as an assorted list of non-alcoholic beverages. Cocktails, beer, and wine may also be purchased onboard. All major credit cards are accepted, but we no longer accept cash. Use your Rapid Rewards® Visa Card from Chase for your onboard drink purchases and receive Double Reward Dollars.

Additional snacks are available on longer flights.

Southwest The Magazine boasts the second largest audience in the inflight category with over 3.2 million readers each issue. Rapid Rewards Last Activity Date
