Certificates and gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the provider, which in most cases appear on the certificate or gift card. Please immediately read the back of the certificate or gift card for terms and conditions on non-use and expiration dates. Notice: Card value may be depleted if not used within given timeframe. Once the cardmember receives the certificates or gift cards, he or she may contact the provider directly to make reservations, verify terms/conditions, and redeem for their services.
Please note that input into the travel reservation system is only a request. An e-mail confirmation of this request will be sent to the cardmember immediately. When the travel is booked and confirmed, the cardmember will receive a second e-mail within two to three business days containing the cardmember's travel confirmation numbers. Any updates pertaining to the cardmember's travel (flight time changes, flight number changes, etc.) will be sent to this e-mail address. It is recommended to check on the reservation at least 24 hours in advance of the travel date.
