Ontime performance

  • Ontime statistics reflect the most recently published data and therefore, may not be indicative of future ontime performance.

Definitions

  • Percentage Ontime Arrival: The percentage of time that the flight arrived "ontime" for the most recent month reported to the Department of Transportation (DOT). DOT defines a flight as "ontime" if it arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time shown published in our Computer Reservations System.
  • Percentage greater than 30 Minutes Late: The percentage of time that the flight arrived more than 30 minutes later than its scheduled arrival time for the most recent month reported to the Department of Transportation. If this percentage is highlighted, then the flight arrived more than 30 minutes late at least 50 percent of the time for that month.
  • Percentage Cancellations: The percentage of time that the flight was cancelled for the most recent month reported to the Department of Transportation.
  • Average Delay Time: The average amount of time, in minutes, that the flight was delayed during the most recent month reported to the Department of Transportation.
  • NA: The flight was not a scheduled flight during the most recent month reported to the Department of Transportation.
