Your company’s partnership with Southwest Airlines may make you eligible for promotional Rapid Rewards® A-List status for 120 days. Between now and December 31, 2020, follow the steps below to find out if you qualify for this promotion. If you qualify for promotional A-List status, to extend this promotional A-List status for an additional 12 months, between your enrollment date for this promotion (as determined by Southwest) and the end of your 120 day promotional period you must either (1) book and complete  three round trip qualifying flights or six one-way qualifying flights, or (2) earn 8,000 Tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between your enrollment date for this promotion and end of your 120 day promotional period. Terms and Conditions

**On or before December 31, 2020, A-List and A-List Preferred Members will have free same-day standby benefits. Beginning January 1, 2021, A-List and A-List Preferred Members will have same-day standby benefits free of airline charges, but will be required to pay any additional government taxes and fees associated with changes in their itinerary. On the day of travel, please see a Customer Service Agent at the airport for this benefit and for information regarding any additional government taxes and fees. This benefit is not available at Southwest® kiosks. This benefit will be provided for A-List and A-List Preferred Members traveling prior to the original scheduled departure, between the same city pairs, on the original date of travel, where a seat is available. On flights that do not meet these qualifications, A-List and A-List Preferred Members will receive priority standby and will be required to pay the difference in fare and any additional government taxes and fees if a seat becomes available. A-List Preferred Members will be prioritized ahead of A-List Members. If an A-List or A-List Preferred Member is traveling on a multiple-Passenger reservation, same-day standby and priority standby will not be provided for non-A-List or non-A-List Preferred Members in the same reservation. For A-List and A-List Preferred Members who have also qualified for a Companion Pass, A-List and A-List Preferred benefits are not available to the Companion unless the Companion is also an A-List or A-List Preferred Member.

In order to qualify for this A-List corporate status match promotion, (a) Member must complete the steps noted above, including, without limitation, providing the information requested in the email, (b) Member must not currently have A-List or A-List Preferred status on Southwest Airlines, (c) Member’s current employer must have a current and effective corporate travel agreement executed with Southwest Airlines that provides for status match and the status match provision in such agreement must be valid at the time of Member’s request for this corporate status match promotional A-List Status, and (d) Member must not have received corporate status match promotional A-List Status within the last 12 months. Please note: Enrollment in this corporate status match promotion more than once during a twelve-month period is not allowed. Qualification and corporate status match promotional A-List status confirmation must be completed prior to booking of travel to receive A-List benefits. Please allow up to 10 days to process the corporate status match promotional Rapid Rewards A-List status. You will receive an email notification when you’ve qualified for this corporate status match promotion. Offer is nontransferable. Current A-List members whose status is expiring are not eligible for the corporate status match promotion. If you qualify for corporate status match promotional A-List status, during the corporate status match promotional period, you will not receive an A-List card, but you will receive all A-List status benefits on all flights booked after qualifying for this A-List corporate status match promotion, when you provide your Rapid Rewards account number when making your reservation.

To extend promotional A-List status for 12 months, after qualifying for this A-List corporate status match promotion, between Member’s enrollment date for this corporate status match promotion and the end of Member’s 120 day promotional period Member must either (1) book and complete three qualifying round trip flights (or six one-way qualifying flights) or (2) earn 8,000 tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between Member’s enrollment date for this corporate status match promotion and the end of Member’s 120 day promotional period. Valid on new reservations booked between Member’s enrollment date for this corporate status match promotion and the end of Member’s 120 day promotional period. A qualifying one-way flight for A-List status is a one-way revenue flight on Southwest Airlines® from an origin city to a destination city, including any intermediate stops and/or connections on Southwest Airlines. A qualifying round trip flight for A-List status is a revenue flight on Southwest Airlines from an origin city to a destination city and back to the originating airport or carrier-recognized co-terminal. Purchased points will not qualify for this A-List corporate status match promotion. Tier qualifying points are earned through the purchase of revenue flights or through the use of the Rapid Rewards Premier and Priority Consumer Credit Cards and the Rapid Rewards Premier and Performance Business Credit Cards. Companion Pass, charter flights, Southwest Vacations® packages, and reward and group travel do not qualify as one-way or round trip revenue flights for extension of promotional A-List status. Changes made to an itinerary after purchase of a one-way or round trip revenue flight may eliminate qualification for extension of promotional A-List status. Upon qualifying to extend promotional A-List status for 12 months, you will receive an email within 24 hours of qualification verifying you’ve earned A-List status for 12 months from the date you qualified to extend promotional A-List status. Please allow up to 15 business days after qualifying for the extended A-List status to receive your A-List tier card. If A-List status is earned by flying 25 qualifying one-way flights or earning 35,000 tier qualifying points in the calendar year while qualified for promotional A-List status, the regular A-List status will supersede the promotional A-List status, entitling the Member to A-List status through December 31, 2021.
