Your company’s partnership with Southwest Airlines may make you eligible for promotional Rapid Rewards® A-List status for 90 days. Between now and December 31, 2022, follow the steps below to find out if you qualify for this promotion. If you qualify for promotional A-List status, to extend this promotional A-List status for an additional 12 months, between your enrollment date for this promotion (as determined by Southwest) and the end of your 90 day promotional period you must either (1) book and complete two round trip qualifying flights or four one-way qualifying flights, or (2) earn 5,333 Tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between your enrollment date for this promotion and end of your 90 day promotional period. To find out if you qualify for this promotion, follow these simple steps:

  2. Fill out the form below and click the “Submit” button
    • Provide the information required in the form and click the “Submit” button to accept the Corporate Tier Experience Terms and Conditions and find out if you qualify for this promotion.
    • In the alternative, if your employer’s authorized corporate travel manager or travel management company submitted this same information on your behalf through Southwest Business Assist™ within the last thirty (30) days, then you should not fill out this form and instead you must accept the Corporate Tier Experience Terms and Conditions in accordance with the instructions in the email you received to find out if you qualify for this promotion.

If you qualify for promotional A-List status, to extend this promotional A-List status for an additional 12 months, between your enrollment date for this promotion (as determined by Southwest) and the end of your 90 day promotional period you must either (1) book and complete two round trip qualifying flights or four one-way qualifying flights, or (2) earn 5,333 Tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between your enrollment date for this promotion and end of your 90 day promotional period.

Corporate Tier Experience Terms and Conditions

 

In order to qualify for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion, (a) Member must complete the steps noted at https://www.southwest.com/html/rapidrewards/promotions/corp_status_match_no_proof.html, including, without limitation, providing the information required in the form and clicking the “Submit” button, or in the alternative, if Member’s employer’s authorized corporate travel manager or travel management company submitted this same information on Member’s behalf through Southwest Business AssistTM within the past thirty (30) days, then Member must accept the Corporate Tier Experience Terms and Conditions in accordance with the instructions in the email Member received, (b) Member must not currently have A-List or A-List Preferred status on Southwest Airlines, (c) Member’s current employer must have a current and effective corporate travel agreement executed with Southwest Airlines that provides for Corporate Tier Experience and the Corporate Tier Experience provision in such agreement must be valid at the time of Member’s request for this Corporate Tier Experience promotional A-List Status, and (d) Member must not have received Corporate Tier Experience A-List Status within the last 12 months. Please note: Enrollment in this Corporate Tier Experience promotion more than once during a twelve-month period is not allowed. Qualification and Corporate Tier Experience promotional A-List status confirmation must be completed prior to booking of travel to receive A-List benefits. Please allow up to 10 days to process the Corporate Tier Experience promotional Rapid Rewards A-List status. You will receive an email notification when you’ve qualified for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion. Offer is nontransferable. Current A-List members whose status is expiring are not eligible for the Corporate Tier Experience promotion. If you qualify for Corporate Tier Experience promotional A-List status, during the Corporate Tier Experience promotional period, you will not receive an A-List card, but you will receive all A-List status benefits on all flights booked after qualifying for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion, when you provide your Rapid Rewards account number when making your reservation.

To extend promotional A-List status for 12 months, after qualifying for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion, between Member’s enrollment date for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion and the end of Member’s 90 day promotional period Member must either (1) book and complete two qualifying round trip flights (or four one-way qualifying flights) or (2) earn 5,333 tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between Member’s enrollment date for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion and the end of Member’s 90 day promotional period. Valid on new reservations booked between Member’s enrollment date for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion and the end of Member’s 90 day promotional period. A qualifying one-way flight for A-List status is a one-way revenue flight on Southwest Airlines® from an origin city to a destination city, including any intermediate stops and/or connections on Southwest Airlines. A qualifying round trip flight for A-List status is a revenue flight on Southwest Airlines from an origin city to a destination city and back to the originating airport or carrier-recognized co-terminal. Purchased points will not qualify for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion. Tier qualifying points are earned through the purchase of revenue flights or through the use of the Rapid Rewards Premier and Priority Consumer Credit Cards and the Rapid Rewards Premier and Performance Business Credit Cards. Companion Pass, charter flights, Southwest Vacations® packages, and reward and group travel do not qualify as one-way or round trip revenue flights for extension of promotional A-List status. Changes made to an itinerary after purchase of a one-way or round trip revenue flight may eliminate qualification for extension of promotional A-List status. Upon qualifying to extend promotional A-List status for 12 months, you will receive an email within 24 hours of qualification verifying you’ve earned A-List status for 12 months from the date you qualified to extend promotional A-List status. Please allow up to 15 business days after qualifying for the extended A-List status to receive your A-List tier card. Southwest reserves the right to suspend this promotion at any point without notice. If A-List status is earned by flying 25 qualifying one-way flights or earning 35,000 tier qualifying points in the calendar year while qualified for promotional A-List status, the regular A-List status will supersede the promotional A-List status, entitling the Member to A-List status through December 31, 2023. ^Boarding positions will be automatically reserved for you and the Passengers on your reservation 36 hours prior to the flight. You and Passengers on your reservation will still need to check in within 24 hours of scheduled departure to retrieve your boarding passes. Some restrictions apply. These restrictions include, but are not limited to, your reservation must be booked 36 hours prior to scheduled departure, and on Group Travel itineraries, priority boarding will only apply to A-List and A-List Preferred Members.

**If there’s an open seat on a different flight that departs on the same calendar day as your original flight and it’s between the same cities, you can get a seat on the new flight free of airline charges. If there isn’t an open seat on this different flight, you can ask a Southwest Gate Agent to add you to the same-day standby list for a flight between the same city pairs that departs on the same calendar day prior to your originally scheduled flight, and you will receive a message if you are cleared on the flight. For both the same-day change and same-day standby benefits, you must change your flight or request to be added to the same-day standby list at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your original flight or the no-show policy will apply. Based on the flight status contact preference selected during booking, the message regarding your standby status will be an email or text message with a link to access the boarding pass via the Southwest app, mobile web, or you can visit a Southwest Gate Agent to print off the boarding pass. If there are any government taxes and fees associated with these itinerary changes, you will be required to pay those. Your original boarding position is not guaranteed. Important: These benefits are available only by seeing a Southwest Gate Agent or calling 1-800-I-FLY-SWA®. If you change your flight through any other channel or to a flight that does not meet the requirements outlined above, you will be responsible for the difference in price. If an A-List or A-List Preferred Member is traveling on a multiple-Passenger reservation, same-day standby and same-day change will not be provided for non-A-List or non-A-List Preferred Members in the same reservation. For A-List and A-List Preferred Members who have also qualified for a Companion Pass®, A-List, and A-List Preferred benefits are not available to the Companion unless the Companion is also an A-List or A-List Preferred Member.
