You can print your bag tags and tag your bags at a self-tagging kiosk located at the ticket counter inside the airportAvailable in select cities.. You can also check in, print your boarding pass, and upgrade to Business Select®.
If you’re at the airport and need to change your flight, you can quickly do so by using our mobile site, Southwest® app, self-service kiosk, or by speaking with a Customer Service agent at a ticket counter or departure gate.
Please arrive to your gate at least 30 minutes prior to your flight’s scheduled departure. All passengers must obtain their boarding passes and be in the gate area available for boarding at least 10 minutes prior to your flight’s scheduled departure time. If not, Southwest® may cancel your reserved space and you will not be eligible for denied boarding compensation.
