We're making it easier for our Members to reach A-List Preferred status and rewarding them with new benefits such as up to two digital premium drink coupons per flight leg for the entirety of earned tier status. Customers purchasing Business Select fares® will continue to receive one premium drink per flight delivered on both printed and mobile boarding passes.
No. Customers can receive a maximum of two premium drink coupons per flight. An A-List Preferred Member who purchases a Business Select fare will receive a maximum of two coupons per flight leg.
Drink coupons are digital now and will show on A-List Preferred Members' mobile boarding passes. Each digital drink coupon expires at the end of drink service on the fight. Supported interfaces include Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, Southwest app (Android and iOS), and the Southwest.com mobile site.
We'll continue accepting unexpired paper drink coupons until their expiration date.
