How are your airplanes being cleaned?

• Both an electrostatic disinfectant and an anti-microbial spray are applied on every surface of the aircraft, killing viruses on contact and forming an anti-microbial coating or shield for 30 days.
• Every night, we deep clean each plane from nose to tail for more than 6 hours.

Do you use HEPA filters onboard your plane?

• Yes, all of our aircraft are equipped with High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters, which remove 99.97%* of airborne particles—similar to technology found in hospitals.
• Our aircraft are designed with an air circulation system that mixes in fresh air from outside the plane with air inside the plane. A full exchange of cabin air with fresh, outdoor air and HEPA filtered air occurs every 2-3 minutes.

*Measuring 0.3 micrometers or greater in diameter passing through the filter.

Do I need to wear a mask on the plane and or in the airport?

• No, federal law no longer requires that masks be worn in the airport or on the plane, but certain cities or states may still be requiring them at their airports. Make sure to check any airport you’re traveling to before arriving to know their policies. You’re always welcome to wear a mask while traveling if you prefer to—if you need one at the airport or onboard, we’ll have them ready. Read more about COVID-19 policies and rules.

What should I do if I have been experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 and have an upcoming flight?

• Please test for COVID-19 if you are symptomatic. If positive, do not fly and instead isolate for five days. If, after five days, your symptoms are improving and you remain fever free for at least 24 hours, you can end isolation and wear a mask for the next five days while in public places.

What should I do if I have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19 and have an upcoming flight?

(Definition of exposed - you have been within 6 feet of someone with COVID-19 for a total of 15 minutes or more over a 24 hour period.)

• The CDC advises that you wear a well-fitting, high-quality mask – ideally an N95 or equivalent for 10 days following your exposure. Test at least five days after exposure and if result is positive, go into isolation for five days. If negative, continue to mask for the 10-day duration.
• If you need to rebook or cancel, please access your reservation online and follow the prompts to do so.

Can I bring my own wipes and hand sanitizers?

• Yes, you can bring wipes and hand sanitizer onboard. TSA has made a medical exception for hand sanitizer and is allowing each Passenger to bring up to 12 oz. in a carryon bag.
