Corporate Tier Experience Details

Your company’s partnership with Southwest Airlines may make you eligible for promotional Rapid Rewards® A-List status for 90 days. Between now and December 31, 2024, follow the steps below to find out if you qualify for this promotion. If you qualify for promotional A-List status, to extend this promotional A-List status for an additional 12 months, between your enrollment date for this promotion (as determined by Southwest) and the end of your 90 day promotional period you must either (1) book and complete three round trip qualifying flights or six one-way qualifying flights, or (2) earn 8,000 Tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between your enrollment date for this promotion and end of your 90 day promotional period. Please note: if you currently have promotional A-List status through a Corporate Status Match promotion, then you will forfeit the promotional status received through such promotion upon enrollment in this Corporate Tier Experience promotion.   2. Fill out the form below and click the “Submit” button
    • Provide the information required in the form and click the “Submit” button to accept the Corporate Tier Experience Terms and Conditions and find out if you qualify for this promotion.

If you qualify for promotional A-List status, to extend this promotional A-List status for an additional 12 months, between your enrollment date for this promotion (as determined by Southwest) and the end of your 90 day promotional period you must either (1) book and complete three round trip qualifying flights or six one-way qualifying flights, or (2) earn 8,000 Tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between your enrollment date for this promotion and end of your 90 day promotional period.

Corporate Tier Experience Terms and Conditions

In order to qualify for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion, between now and December 31, 2024 (“Registration Period”), (a) Member must complete the steps noted above, including, without limitation, providing the information required in the form and clicking the “Submit” button, (b) Member must not currently have A-List Preferred status on Southwest Airlines, (c) Member must be an employee of a company that either has: (1) a current and effective corporate travel agreement executed with Southwest Airlines that provides for Corporate Tier Experience and the Corporate Tier Experience provision in such agreement must be valid at the time of Member’s request for this Corporate Tier Experience promotional A-List Status, or (2) otherwise agreed with Southwest in writing (email to suffice) that Southwest will provide its employees for a mutually agreed upon time period the ability to enroll in Corporate Tier Experience during the specified time period stated in the invitation to enroll in Corporate Tier Experience sent to Member and Member’s request for this Corporate Tier Experience promotional A-List Status is submitted during such specified time period, and (d) Member must not have received Corporate Tier Experience A-List Status within the last 12 months. Please note: Enrollment in this Corporate Tier Experience promotion more than once during a twelve-month period is not allowed. Qualification and Corporate Tier Experience promotional A-List status confirmation must be completed prior to booking of travel to receive A-List benefits. Please allow up to 10 days to process the Corporate Tier Experience promotional Rapid Rewards A-List status. You will receive an email notification when you’ve qualified for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion. Offer is nontransferable. Current A-List members whose status is expiring are not eligible for the Corporate Tier Experience promotion. If you qualify for Corporate Tier Experience promotional A-List status, during the Corporate Tier Experience promotional period, you will not receive an A-List card, but you will receive all A-List status benefits on all flights booked after qualifying for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion, when you provide your Rapid Rewards account number when making your reservation.

To extend promotional A-List status for 12 months, after qualifying for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion, between Member’s enrollment date for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion and the end of Member’s 90 day promotional period Member must either (1) book and complete three qualifying round trip flights (or six one-way qualifying flights) or (2) earn 8,000 tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between Member’s enrollment date for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion and the end of Member’s 90 day promotional period. If promotional A-List status is not extended for 12 months by Member meeting the above requirements, then Member will return to their original status level (if any) held prior to enrolling in this Corporate Tier Experience, unless (a) such status has already expired, or (b) Member had promotional A-List status through Corporate Status Match. If Member currently has promotional A-List status through a Corporate Status Match promotion, then Member will forfeit the promotional status received through such promotion upon enrollment in this Corporate Tier Experience promotion.

Valid on new reservations booked between Member’s enrollment date for this Corporate Tier Experience promotion and the end of Member’s 90 day promotional period. A qualifying one-way flight for A-List status is a one-way revenue flight on Southwest Airlines® from an origin city to a destination city, including any intermediate stops and/or connections on Southwest Airlines. A qualifying round trip flight for A-List status is a revenue flight on Southwest Airlines from an origin city to a destination city and back to the originating airport or carrier-recognized co-terminal. Purchased points will not qualify for this A-List Corporate Status Match promotion. Tier qualifying points are earned through the purchase of revenue flights or through the use of the Rapid Rewards Premier and Priority Consumer Credit Cards and the Rapid Rewards Premier and Performance Business Credit Cards. Companion Pass, charter flights, Southwest Vacations® packages, and reward and group travel do not qualify as one-way or round trip revenue flights for extension of promotional A-List status. Cash + Points bookings will not earn Rapid Rewards points, tier qualifying points for A-List or A-List Preferred status or Companion Pass qualifying points. Changes made to an itinerary after purchase of a one-way or round trip revenue flight may eliminate qualification for extension of promotional A-List status. Upon qualifying to extend promotional A-List status for 12 months, you will you will not receive an A-List card, but you will receive all A-List status benefits on all flights booked after qualifying to extend promotional A-List status under this Corporate Tier Experience promotion, when you provide your Rapid Rewards account number when making your reservation. Southwest reserves the right to suspend this promotion at any point without notice. If A-List status is earned by flying 20 qualifying one-way flights or earning 35,000 tier qualifying points in the 2024 calendar year while qualified for promotional A-List status, the regular A-List status will supersede the promotional A-List status, entitling the Member to A-List status through December 31, 2025. ^Boarding positions will be automatically reserved for you and the Passengers on your reservation 36 hours prior to the flight. You and Passengers on your reservation will still need to check in within 24 hours of scheduled departure to retrieve your boarding passes. Some restrictions apply. These restrictions include,but are not limited to, your reservation must be booked 36 hours prior to scheduled departure, and on Group Travel itineraries, priority boarding will only apply to A-List and A-List Preferred Members.

*Priority Lane and Express Lane are designed to speed our Business Select® and Anytime Customers, as well as A-List, and A-List Preferred Members, through check-in and security lines. Priority Lane is at the Southwest® check-in counter, and Express Lane is at the security checkpoint. ** Free same-day change/standby
Same-day change:
On the day of travel, you can switch free of airline charges to another flight with space available departing on the same calendar day between the same origin airport and destination airport as your original flight. With the exception of A-List Preferred and A-List Members, Customers who purchase Wanna Get Away® fares are not eligible for free same-day change.

Same-day standby: You can list for same-day standby on an earlier flight via a Southwest Customer Service Agent at the airport or the Southwest app or mobile web. You will receive a message based on the contact preference selected during booking if you are cleared on the flight.

For both same-day change and same-day standby, you must change your flight or request to be added to the same-day standby list at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your original flight or the no-show policy will apply. If using the app or mobile web for standby, you must list your name 30 minutes ahead of scheduled departure. You will be required to pay any government taxes and fees associated with these itinerary changes but refunds will be provided. Your original boarding position is not guaranteed. Southwest Business Customers booked through travel agencies may need to see a Southwest agent at the airport for both a same-day change or standby listing. If an A-List or A-List Preferred Member is traveling on a multiple-Passenger reservation, same-day standby and same-day change will not be provided for non-A-List or non-A-List Preferred Members in the same reservation.
