Travel Agency Certificate

 

E-Ticketing Receipts/Fulfillments: All agencies must move to an email receipt/fulfillment. Please contact Southwest Travel and request details on setting your agency up with email receipts/fulfillments or call (214) 792-6777 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.

To become authorized to book an eTicket on Southwest Airlines, your Agency must have a signed and completed Southwest Airlines Certificate of Appointment or Southwest Airlines Travel Agency International Sales Agreement from Southwest Airlines.

Southwest Airlines GDS Ticketing Policy

To eTicket on Southwest Airlines please complete the following:

1. Download Certificate of Appointment (PDF format)

2. Download International Travel Agency Sales Agreement

3. Completed Certificate of Appointment must be signed by Agency Owner or Manager.

4. Fax or email the entire (signed) Certificate of Appointment to Southwest Airlines.

Please note that if your Agency already has a completed Southwest Airlines Certificate of Appointment, there is no need to complete a new Certificate of Appointment.
