Fly By priority lane access is a special perk of Business Select® Customers, and Rapid Rewards® A-List and A-List Preferred Members. These priority lanes get you to the front of the ticket counter faster and help speed you through security lines in select cities.

If you purchased (or would like to upgrade to) a Business Select® fare and/or if you are a Rapid Rewards® A-List or A-List Preferred Member, look for the gold and silver Fly By® signs and carpet at the ticket counter to direct you to the lane where a friendly Customer Service Agent can help you with everything you need for checking in.

Fly By Priority Lanes are available at a majority of our airports, and we are continuing to add them to new destinations. Check the airport information pages to see where the lanes are available. When you check in online, you can also see if Fly By Lanes are available at your departure airport.
