You can book one way or roundtrip flights on Southwest.com for up to 8 passengers at a time. On the Air Booking page, it is easy to do. Just enter your travel specifics - origin, destination and dates of travel and you are on your way.
Southwest has special tickets for special passengers, such as Seniors, Groups (10+), and accompanied kids (2-11). In fact, Senior fares are now available online. Simply select the number of senior passengers in the Passenger dropdown on the Air booking page. For all other passenger types, including Military and Government, Pets and Unaccompanied Minor (5-11), contact us.
If you´re a lucky Customer who received a promo code, you´ll have a chance to enter it when you search for flights.
When you see all the flights that fit your search, you can sort them to find the perfect flight for you. The flights are displayed from earliest to latest in the day but time of day might not be the most important factor to you. Re-sort the list of flights based on what is important to you. For example, if price is the most important thing, click on the header of the pricing columns to re-order the list from lowest to highest. Or, maybe you only want to look at nonstop flights. You can re-order that column or click on the Nonstop box in the Narrow Results area. Make sure you find the flight that fits yours needs.

You can pay with major credit cards, unused travel funds, Southwest® LUV vouchers, and Southwest® giftcards at any Southwest ticketing location, including online at Southwest.com. We also accept PayPal® payments on Southwest.com and cash at Southwest Ticket Counters.
Make sure your ride home is there on time. Look up your flight, print travel documents, and e-mail the details at View/Share Itinerary. You also can now upgrade, check in or reprint your boarding pass. Plus, Customers who choose Business Select or Anytime fares can change to an available flight for same-day travel.

Beginning 24 hours before your flight, you can check in online and print your boarding pass. If you receive a security document instead of a boarding pass, you can still proceed through security. See a gate agent for more information, or check in at the Southwest Ticket Counter.
Know before you go by checking your flight status online. We´ll give you up-to-date details on departures and arrivals. Subscribe to flight status updates, and we´ll send notifications straight to your mobile device.
No boarding pass? No problem. If you didn’t check in online or checked in with our mobile site or app, you can use our E-Ticket Check-In kiosks to check in and print a boarding pass. You’ll also have a chance to upgrade to Business Select for free same-day changes, priority boarding, and drink vouchers. Passengers not eligible for online checkin can always see our friendly Southwest Team at the Ticket or SkyCap Counter.
