- It may take up to eight weeks for your service to start with Energy Plus depending on the status of your current billing cycle when you sign up. Your first month's points (two or three points per $1 in supply charges) will appear in your Rapid Rewards account four to eight weeks after your service starts. Your bonus points will appear in your Rapid Rewards account eight to 12 weeks after your service starts.
