What is the Southwest Airlines Group Program?
Southwest Airlines Group Program provides discount airfare for groups of 10 or more people traveling on the same itinerary. Our regular fares are always affordable, and most groups will qualify for an even better rate.
Other benefits include:
- Name changes up to 48 hours before departure.
- Group itineraries and individual names printed on tickets.
- For every 40 people who travel on Southwest Airlines as part of your group, you will earn one free ticket eligible for use on your group's itinerary.
Who can use the Southwest Airlines Group Program?
Anyone who has 10 or more people traveling on the same itinerary may use the Southwest Airlines Group Program. This program is ideal for church groups, school field trips, athletic events, or even family reunions. Anytime 10 or more people are traveling together on the same itinerary they will be eligible for the Group Program.
How do I utilize the Southwest Airlines Group Program?
To use the Southwest Airlines Group Program, call 1-800-433-5368, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Central Time.
- Our Group Reservation Agents will provide you with thorough instructions for your group to help ensure a successful trip.
- Deposits are required for groups booked 60 or more days before travel. Your deposit will go toward your Group Ticket purchase (no credit cards for deposits, please).
- The final payment for Group Tickets may be made with a major credit card, cashier's check, or travel agency check. Payment must be made with a single payment method.
- To pay by credit card, download the Letter of Authorization in PDF format*. Print out and complete the form and fax it to 214-792-4793 on or before the final due date.
*You may need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read and print the Letter of Authorization.
