While working at a car dealership, he heard about the many opportunities at Southwest and decided that he would thrive in a career with the airline. Nine years later, Michael sees each day as an opportunity to improve. And from returning a Customer’s misplaced iPod to ensuring that Passengers always receive great service in a timely manner, he goes the extra mile.
