Customers holding reservations to, from, or through the city(s) listed above on the corresponding date(s) who want to alter their travel plans may rebook or travel standby (within 14 days of their original date of travel between the original city pairs and in accordance with our accommodation procedures) without paying a change in airfare.
Additionally, if your flight is canceled or significantly delayed by Southwest Airlines® and you choose to cancel your trip as a result, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused ticket (even if your ticket was non-refundable) and any optional travel charges (such as EarlyBird Check-In® or Upgraded Boarding) you paid for the flight(s) on which you don’t travel. Customers who purchased their flights via Southwest.com® or our mobile app or by calling Southwest Airlines are eligible to reschedule their travel plans online or from their mobile device.
