Option #1: You can keep your existing reservation.
Option #2: Rebooking eligibility
Customers holding reservations to, from, or through the city(s) listed above on the corresponding date(s) rebook or travel standby (within 14 days of their original date of travel between the original city pairs without paying a change in airfare). Customers can be rebooked to co-terminals including, Midland/Odessa, TX (MAF), Albuquerque, NM (ABQ), Lubbock, TX (LBB), or Tucson, AZ (TUS) for additional flexibility.
Option #3: Refund eligibility
If Southwest Airlines® cancels or significantly delays your flight and you choose to cancel your trip as a result, you may be eligible for a refund for:
- the unused ticket (even if your ticket was non-refundable); and
- any optional travel charges (such as an Extra Legroom seat or Priority Boarding) you paid for the flight(s) on which you don’t travel.
