About Rapid Rewards
Rapid Rewards is Southwest Airlines' free loyalty program. Joining is free and takes effect immediately upon account creation. Members earn points on Southwest flights, qualifying hotel stays, car rentals, and partner purchases, and can redeem those points for future travel.

Unlimited reward seats — any available seat can be booked with points; no seat restrictions on reward travel
No blackout dates — points can be redeemed for any available flight, any time of year
Points don't expire — Rapid Rewards points have no expiration date
Free WiFi — available on WiFi-enabled Southwest aircraft, thanks to T-Mobile (where available)
Enrollment Process
Customers complete a short account creation form on this page. Upon clicking "Create account," the Customer:
Agrees to be enrolled in the Rapid Rewards program
For Customers enrolling a child under 16, the parent or legal guardian completes the form and confirms they are providing the information on behalf of the child. After successful enrollment, Customers are directed to next steps such as booking a flight or managing their new account.
