From December 6 – 9, our digital communications will have routine maintenance. Customers flying during this time won't receive some of our normal flight related pre-trip emails or push notifications. These include reminders about check in, boarding, and more. Customers can still book new flights as usual, and we will send any updates about their current flight status.
Stay up to date with the latest about your trip with the Southwest app, Southwest.com®, and these helpful tips:
• Set an alarm on your phone to check in 24 hours before your flight.
• Check our Airport Information Page for any disruption information for your specific airports.
• Day of travel notifications, including Boarding Soon will be unavailable. Please be present in your gate area before boarding time.
