If you love to snorkel, you’ve certainly picked the right destination. Grab your gear and take the plunge at Molokini Crater, a snorkeling spot full of brightly-colored coral and over 250 species of fish. The crescent-shaped crater was formed by a volcanic eruption over 150,000 years ago and is reachable by boat. The calm and super clear waters make this a truly unique destination for underwater adventure.

Whether you’ve spent the day hiking, diving, or simply soaking up some sun on the beach, cooling off with a cup of shave ice is the perfect way to end the day. Though shave ice looks similar to a snow cone, the ice is shaved instead of crushed, giving it a fine consistency that is often compared to powdered snow. Many shave ice spots make their own syrups with natural ingredients like mango, coconut, and passion fruit and offer add-ons like adzuki bean paste and coconut cream. It doesn’t get much sweeter than this!
